Thank you for the great pictures.

These show Americans' love for country, pride for their country and a resilience that no terrorists can ever take away. American is Beautiful

Hello,
No words can describe how these pictures and others have moved me.
Thanks

I am a 2nd grade teacher and this has been an experience that has got me and all of my students last year and this year very emotional. Our school will honor all those who have lost their lives and those who endlessly tried to help others during this time of turmoil.

I hope that in the future Congress will set aside a nationwide memorial day for all to be remembered from Sept. 11th. This would be a day to spend in church with family and friends.

God, please bless these families and all of America.

My name is Marie I live in Victoria, Australia.

I will never forget the horror I saw on TV the morning of 11/09/2001.

My heart goes out to all people around the world to all the families who lost a loved one. It affected me that day and even now 1 year on.

We will not allow these people to take away our freedom and through our love for each other we will become stronger.

God bless us all.

Hi my name is Star, I would like to say that even from Australia we felt the heavy hearts, the disbelief, and here it is already 11th September again and watching from my window seeing all the cars with their lights on as they go to work signifies the unity that September 11th has brought. If anything positive can be said for the 11th, it's that it's brought families, friends, people's lives a lot closer, and made us realize that the little things shouldn't worry us so much, and that each day is a special gift.

God Bless .......NOT JUST AMERICA.........BUT THE WORLD!!!!!
