FRENCHBORO, Maine - A small island community off the coast of Bar Harbor, Frenchboro suffered significant road damage after severe rain storms in August 2009.
FEMA Public Assistance Project Specialists were sent to evaluate the damage and determine if the town would be eligible for FEMA funds.
