The Grants Management Division’s mission is to manage Federal assistance to measurably improve the level of preparedness, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation capabilities of Region I. The Division strives to reduce the risks faced by individuals, the New England States, Tribes and local Communities in the Region by providing programmatic and financial grant leadership.
The Division supports transparent data processes, sound business practices, and the risk management framework through efficient grants management, stewardship and accountability. Additionally, one of the Division’s primary goals is to continuously improve collaborative partnerships with stakeholders in support of FEMA’s mission and DHS priorities.
