No. The stream network developed by the Flood Model is used for several purposes:
Applying a user-supplied stream network might improve stream locations but would cause problems in the model due to the absence of stream attributes and associated grids. The best way to improve the stream network delineated in HAZUS is to use a DEM with greater accuracy and/or resolution than the default NED.
The NHD has been updated for only a few states in the nation and making this dataset useful within the Flood Model would not be cost effective until more states have been updated and data validated.
