What if a CaseOutput.ldb error message appears while using the What-If function?

After rerunning the What-If option a second time, a case output lock file (CaseOutput.ldb) error message might appear.

If this occurs, follow the instructions in the message - delete the CaseOutput.ldb.  However, re-running the What-If option might result in a second CaseOutput.mdb error message.  This is an ESRI personal geodatabase (pGDB) bug NIM031046 that is being addressed by the ESRI developers.

Some of the HAZUS Flood users have found that uninstalling the ArcGIS PLTS (Production Line Tool Set) extension seems to solve the issue.
