How can I model a complex of five buildings of different vintages and construction types?



For the best results in HAZUS, buildings that have significantly different characteristics should be entered as separate buildings since damages and the effects of impacts are caused by the characteristics of both a building and an event. Users can develop their own inventory or "portfolio" if they are interested in analyzing a specific set of buildings.
