How can I use Shake Maps?
Assuming they are in Geodatabase format, in the Scenario Wizard:
1. Select the option Hazard | Scenario under the main menu.
2. Activate the Define a new scenario button and press Next.
3. Activate the user-supplied hazard option and press Next.
4. Define the maps to be used in the analysis.
See Appendix J in the HAZUS User's Manual for instructions about how to convert shape-file-based user-supplied hazard maps or shake maps to corresponding GeoDatabases-based user-supplied hazard maps that can be used with HAZUS.
