The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Engineering Library is responsible for the archival and maintenance of all technical and administrative support data and related publications associated with the National Flood Insurance Program. Hours of Operation
The FEMA Engineering Library hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Eastern Daylight Time).
