Version 2.0, User's Manual
The User's Manual for CHAMP, Version 2.0, was developed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for use in support of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The User’s Manual directs the user through the program using many illustrations of the various menus, windows, input screens, and results screens. After reading the manual, the user should be ready to start using the program. After installing CHAMP, Version 2.0 the manual will be accessible from the program "Help" menu.
