Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan Status

National-, regional-, and state-level overview maps, with accompanying lists, are available to clarify which jurisdictions have approved Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plans. One set of lists, organized by State/Commonwealth/Territory, includes plan status information for local community governments, special districts (e.g., Flood Control and Water Conservation, Soil Conservation, School, Utility), and Indian Tribal governments that are headquartered in that state. A separate list, which includes plan status information only for Indian Tribal governments across the U.S., also is available. These products, organized by jurisdiction, explain which entities have approved plans in place, approvable plans pending adoption, plans that will expire within 30 days, or expired plans.
