New York, N.Y., Dec. 9, 2012 -- New York City Councilwoman and Chair of NYC Council's Committee on Small Business, Diana Reyna, speaks at a press conference held at One Girl Cookies, in Brooklyn, to promote support of businesses that were impacted by Hurricane Sandy, that are now reopen for business and holiday shopping.
