New York, N.Y., Dec. 3, 2012 -- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Environmental Field Specialist, Rafal Volder, changes a battery that is in an Electronic Beta Attenuation Mass Monitor device that has been set up to monitor air quality at Floyd Bennett Field.
