Staten Island, N.Y., Nov. 18, 2012 -- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel oversee debris removal from Staten Island. Trucks transport Sandy storm debris from the city to the city landfill for transfer to barges, then up the Hudson river to the Albany area.
