Charleston, W.Va., Nov. 6, 2012 -- Spec. Chris Clatworthy, a member of the West Virginia National Guard, helps unload dog food donated to aid in the state’s disaster recovery efforts. The pet food will be distributed in areas of the state hard hit by Hurricane Sandy and the aftermath that dumped several feet of snow, caused heavy rain, and brought high winds to the area. FEMA is coordinating the delivery of food and other commodities in West Virginia with federal, state, and local partners. Norman Lenburg/FEMA
