Clearing snow to aid West Virginia storm recovery

Parsons, W.Va., Nov. 5, 2012 -- Members of the West Virginia National Guard work to clear the road to a remote emergency radio repeater site in Tucker County. As a result of their efforts, technicians will be able to restore service.
