Manville, N.J., September 13, 2011 -- Carole Ware, FEMA Intergovernmental Affairs Specialist, listens to disaster survivors at the Manville Fire Department. Representatives from the office of Congressman Leonard Lance (District 7) meet with constituents and with representatives of FEMA to address concerns from homeowners and business people related to the county's and FEMA's response to the severe flooding caused by Hurricane Irene on August 28, 2011.
