Colchester, Vt., August 31, 2011 -- Vermont National Guard members secure pallets of bottled water aboard a helicopter at FEMA's distribution center at Camp Johnson in Colchester. FEMA provided emergency supplies, including food, water, tarps and other necessary items which the Vermont State Police and National Guard delivered to flooded towns throughout the state.
