Montgomery, Ala., April 30, 2011 -- FEMA is setting up an Incident Support Base at Maxwell Airforce Base in Alabama to stage generators, water, Meals ready to Eat (MRE), and other supplies that Alabama emergency management can direct where the need is and get them there quickly. U.S. Airforce and FEMA load water onto an MCOV. FEMA MCOV's (Mobile Communications Office Vehicles) are already deploying to hard hit areas to start the emerency assistance registration process for surviors in need. FEMA photo / Tim Burkitt
