Montgomery, Ala., April 30, 2011 -- FEMA is setting up an Incident Support Base at Maxwell Airforce Base in Alabama to stage generators, water, Meals ready to Eat (MRE), and other supplies that Alabama emergency management can direct where the need is and get them there quickly.
