NEW ORLEANS, La. -- If you are a small business owner interested in learning how to prepare a successful proposal, there is a workshop this month that may be especially helpful to you.
Hosted by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Louisiana Procurement Technical Assistance Center (LA PTAC), the following course, "Understanding the Solicitation and Preparing a Successful Proposal," is being offered from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the FEMA Training Facility, 800 West Commerce, 4th Floor, Harahan, LA 70804.
