INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Indiana Department of Homeland Security (IDHS) invite the public to attend a free Smart Rebuilding Forum to learn about building stronger and safer. The forum will be held on Saturday April 14 from 1 ? 3 p.m. at:

FEMA Hazard Performance Analysis Specialist and Building Science Engineer Lee Traeger will discuss ways individuals may protect themselves and property from future storms. Traeger will present approaches to protecting a building or residence from wind damage. He will also discuss various safe room options to consider.
Specialists will also be on hand at the forum to help FEMA and U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan applicants and to answer questions about federal assistance that may be available.
