BISMARCK, N.D. -- Homeowners can get information on how to make repairs to flood-damaged homes at a free Flood Repair Workshop on Sept. 10, 2011, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Law Enforcement Center, 205 6th St. SE, Jamestown.

Federal Emergency Management Agency mitigation specialists will provide information on how to clean up mold and mildew and to protect homes from future flood damage. A representative from the National Flood Insurance Program will talk about flood insurance protection.

Homeowners can visit a display featuring a sump pump, backflow valve and floor drain plug, and pickup free publications.
