BISMARCK, N.D. – Federal Emergency Management Agency mitigation experts will be available Thursday and Friday, Aug. 18 and 19 at the Beulah Crazy Days. The mitigation experts will provide information and one-on-one interaction with North Dakotans seeking ways to make repairs to current flood damage or protect against future flood damage to their homes.
Free publications will be available on mitigation as well as information on mold and mildew cleanup and the National Flood Insurance Program. The event will be held at Main and Central streets in Beulah between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
Calling any other local or state disaster hotline will not get you registered for FEMA assistance.
