FEMA Specialists Offer Rebuilding Advice at Home Stores

Columbia, Mo. -- Mitigation experts from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be in Florissant to offer free rebuilding information and answer questions about how to strengthen property against future storm and flood damage.

Mitigation advisors will be on hand at a FEMA information booth at the following location:

3180 N. Highway 67
Florissant, MO 63033
Monday - Sunday, July 14 - 19
8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Mitigation advisors can provide valuable information about mold and mildew cleanup, electrical systems, furnaces and other appliances. Specialists can also offer expert advice on how to reinforce structures against high wind and provide information regarding flood insurance. Free publications on a variety of rebuilding and safety topics will also be available both in English and Spanish.
