CLINTON, Miss. -- The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency and the Federal Emergency Management Agency continue to offer free consultations with FEMA advisers at home improvement and hardware stores.

Rebuilding or repairing a home after a disaster can be a daunting task. But with the right information, homeowners can build back smarter and stronger. FEMA mitigation specialists will be on hand at local building supply stores to provide information about ways to rebuild that can reduce the risk of damages from future disasters.

The schedule is below:

Thursday July 7 through Wednesday July 20
Bolivar County

  • Ace Hardware
    401 1st St., Cleveland
  • 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays
  • 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays

Adams County

  • Walmart
    314 Sgt. S. Prentiss Drive, Natchez
  • 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays as well as Wednesdays through Fridays
  • 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays
    No mitigation staff will be at Walmart on Tuesdays
