The display will be open 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 28; 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 29, and Sunday, May 30; and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 1.

The Oxford display will be staffed from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 2; Thursday, June 3; and Friday, June 4.

The displays are part of a FEMA outreach program in storm-stricken communities. The goal is to provide residents with important information about repairing and improving their homes to reduce or prevent future disaster damage.

This includes such ideas as reducing mold and mildew; protecting electrical systems, furnaces and appliances; reinforcing structures against high winds and flooding; safeguarding valuables; and securing other important property. Information on flood insurance also is available.

No registration is required to visit the informational displays. Residents may visit as often as they like and take as many free publications as they want.
