Who: Those affected by the September 29th Earthquake, Tsunami and Flooding

What: Disaster Service Center to close early to accommodate the memorial service for earthquake, tsunami and flooding victims being held at 5 p.m. at the Fagatogo Pavillion

When: Wednesday, Dec. 16th at 4 p.m.

Where: Convention Center, Utulei

The Disaster Service Center will resume its normal weekday hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17th.
