Pago Pago, AS -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today, the American Samoan Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at the Governor H. Rex Lee Auditorium in Utelei will transition to the Disaster Service Center on Monday, Dec. 7, 2009. The location of the Disaster Service Center will be at the Convention Center in Utelei.
Although the deadline to apply for FEMA assistance and SBA property damage loans has passed, questions and outstanding documentation will continue to be accepted at the Disaster Service Center for registered residents. The FEMA Territory Help Line at (684) 633-3720 and SBA at (684) 633-0920 will remain open.
