MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The Mobile Disaster Recovery Center (MDRC) in Oslo will close on Tuesday, May 19 at 4 p.m. and will reopen Wednesday, May 20 as a U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan Outreach Center (DLOC).
The Oslo SBA DLOC will be located at:

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
SBA representatives will be available at the DLOC to meet with each resident or business owner to answer questions about the SBA disaster loan program, help them complete their disaster
loan applications and to accept completed applications. Anyone unable to visit the center should call

For everyone affected by the flooding in Beltrami, Clay, Marshall, Norman, Polk, Traverse and Wilkin counties, federal application and information is still only a toll-free phone call away at
