EAGLE PASS, Texas -- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Denton will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 28.
The center will re-open on Tuesday and resume its normal schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Denton Civic Center, 321 East McKinney, in Denton. The center will cease operations on Thursday, May 31.
At the center, SBA customer service representatives are on hand to answer questions about SBA?s disaster loan program and help individuals fill out their application. Individual Assistance representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are also available to answer FEMA disaster assistance and application questions.
Those who can?t visit the center, and have questions about their SBA application, can call 1-800-659-2955 or visit SBA?s Website at www.sba.gov/services/disasterassistance. Those who are hearing impaired may call 1-800-877-8339.
FEMA coordinates the federal government?s role in preparing for, preventing, mitigating the effects of, responding to, and recovering from all domestic disasters, whether natural or man-made, including acts of terror.
