London, KY -- A mobile Disaster Recovery Center, staffed with state and federal officials, will be revisiting Bell County from Saturday, May 4 through Friday, May 10. The center will provide information and registration assistance to residents who may need help in recovering from the storm and flooding damage of March 17-21.
The mobile team, to be located on the lower level of the Bell County Courthouse at 1 Courthouse Square in Pineville, is provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Kentucky Emergency Management . The U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will also have representatives in the center.
All residents who sustained damages are encouraged to register for assistance, by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (1-800-621-3362) or 1-800-462-7585 for the speech- and hearing-impaired, prior to visiting the centers.
