Washington, DC -- District of Columbia residents and business owners who were affected by the August 10-12 flooding have a D.C. disaster specific web site available for information about the variety of federal and District government disaster assistance available.

Mayor Williams' storm-specific site features a variety of local recovery information, including telephone numbers for anyone interested in donating cleanup supplies or making financial contributions to disaster relief nonprofit agencies.

The address of the Mayor's site is: www.dc.gov/mayor/storm_cleanup/index.htm and will be updated regularly throughout the recovery process.
