CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- he temporary Disaster Recovery Center in Woodbury County, located in the Redeemer Lutheran Church at 3204 South Lakeport in Sioux City, will wrap up its operations at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The center opened on August 2 to help individuals and businesses in Woodbury County affected by recent storms and flooding.
