Cherokee, N.C., March 20, 2013 -- Richard Pulse, a FEMA Public Assistance specialist documents a mudslide near a home in Cherokee, NC. FEMA is working with the EBCI tribe and representatives from the State of North Carolina to provide services to the tribe and its' residents affected by severe storms in January.
