West Windsor, N.J., Jan. 22, 2013 -- A FEMA Intergovernmental division representative audits the New Jersey League of Municipalities seminar where legal questions regarding tax assessments, purchasing and the environmental impacts of rebuilding are answered regarding the Hurricane Sandy disaster. Hurricane Sandy damaged much of New Jersey and the coastline leaving residents, local businesses without shelter and basic utilities while many municipalities are now charged with the cleanup and rebuilding of their communities.
