Hoboken, N.J., Dec. 4, 2012 -- The Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) remains closed due to salt water inundation and damages associated with Hurricane Sandy. The PATH is eligible for federal assistance under the FEMA Public Assistance program and is working overtime to get the trains up and running by December 17th. Adam DuBrowa/FEMA
