New York, N.Y., Dec. 3, 2012 -- U.S. Postal Service letter carrier, Erik Johnson, sorts through mail at a make shift post office that has set up in Breezy Point at the local combined New York City Restoration Center and Disaster Recovery Center due to Hurricane Sandy.
