Queens, N.Y., Nov. 11, 2012 -- Dr. David Levine, assigned to Natural Disaster Medical System, checks the vital signs of residents at a Disaster Assistance Medical Team location in Queens, N.Y. In response to Hurricane Sandy, the Natural Disaster Medical System team and U.S. Army National Guard deployed a Disaster Assistance Medical Team to Queens, N.Y. to assist residents with medical issues.
