Hoboken, N.J., Nov. 1, 2012 -- A charging station for phones and computers opened up at St. Peter and Paul Church. Power has still not been restored to most of Hoboken three days after Hurricane Sandy knocked it out. Residents were invited to come in, charge up, and get warm.
