Villalba, Puerto Rico, August 25, 2011 -- Preliminary Damage Assesments were completed in several municipalities to evaluate the extent and type of damages in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene. In this photo, the owner for this home shows us the damages that affected his property. Currently FEMA is working closely with the area to rebuild the community to be better and stronger than before.
