Villalba, Puerto Rico, August 25, 2011 -- Preliminary Damage Assesments took place in several municipalities to evaluate the extent and type of damages in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene. The PDA teams took a look at damages in Villalba Municipality. Currently FEMA is working closely with the area to rebuild the community to be better and stronger than before. Ashley Andújar/FEMA
