New Orleans, La., May 10, 2011 -- The Irish Institute of Boston College requested Louisiana Recovery Office senior leadership give a presentation to 13 delegated from Ireland and Northern Ireland visiting the United States on an Emergency Management and Civil Response program. The group was interested in how FEMA prepares for and responds to disasters.
