Pago Pago, American Samoa, November 6, 2009 -- Evelyn Langford, governor's authorized representative, and Kenneth R. Tingman, federal coordinating officer, conduct a news media conference at the Joint Field Office to discuss recovery progress since the earthquake, tsunami and flooding of September 29, 2009. Tingman praised the close cooperation that FEMA and its federal partners have received from the territorial government of American Samoa.
