Atlanta, Ga., October 2, 2009 -- At Dobbins Air Force Base, this portable Logistics Incident Command Base(LICB) is being loaded aboard a C-17 cargo plane. Approximately 30 FEMA Logistics (LOG) staff and equipment depart today for Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii to set up logistical assistance in response to the recent Samoan devastating tsunami.
