Austell, Ga., September 24, 2009 -- Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) and FEMA are here conducting Preliminary Individual Assistance(IA) Disaster Assessments (PDA's) along Douglas County Sweetwater Creek to determine potential extent of damage to homes by recent severe storms and flooding.
