Galveston, Texas, August 11, 2009 -- Employees of the DRC Emergency Services, LLC, a boat salvage company, look at the hull of a shrimp boat mired in the mud in Galveston Bay. The crane with the largest articulated hook of its' kind will be used to cut the hull before removing it from the bay .FEMA is working with State agencies and private contractors in the continued recovery efforts from damage due to Hurricane Ike.
