Fargo, N.D., April 1, 2009 --Samir Valeja, a FEMA Videographer, documents Oak Grove HS principal, Morgan Forness while he discusses what is presumed to have occurred when the school was flooded. The school suffered some damage when the Red River flooded and part of the school's levee was breached.
