Flood Survivors Coping

 I’ve been here for thirty three years, and I’ve never seen this.  We’ve still got a few counties that have significant wet spots, some places roads are covered up we’ve got some folks that are still isolated. Under individual houses hold program there are several programs that are available, for the disaster survivors that who were affect by Tropical Storm Debby, They may be eligible for rental assistance, which they can use to rent another place to stay while making repairs to their home, or to relocate. It’s been hard, especially at my age.  I’ve had to do a lot of things I didn’t think I’d have to do, but it’s been real rough. It’s been kind of hard for me because I’ve had two neck operations and it’s kinda hard on me you know.  That’s why we do try to get the word out, make sure that  they do apply,  they could get temporary housing rental assistance from us if their home is inaccessible then they shouldn’t be living in there, it they are eligible.
