My name is Betty Jo Nichols and I am the DRC manager. 

This DRC is in Gilbert, in West Virginia, in Mingo County. 

A Disaster Recovery Center is set up for our applicants. They can come in here and they can register with FEMA if they have not done so already. They can also come in and inquire about their application. It is designed so the applicant can come in if they have specific questions. They can have someone look at their application and if they have to bring in some supporting documents we can submit them for them.

We also have SBA. They are here to offer disaster loans for those who may need them. We also have hazard mitigation. Hazard mitigation sits down on a one to one basis and explains to them the best way to clean up their homes after a disaster and they can also give them information about flood insurance.
