Hi, this is Rich Serino, Deputy Administrator of FEMA, here in Denver at the Urban Area Security Initiative conference "Shared Strategies". What's really been great about this conference, over 700 people that are here, is we've really had the opportunity to have great discussion about how we're going to be able to incorporate the whole of community into our effort of responding to catastrophic incidents. And that really means to bring together all different members of the community, from both government, faith-based, non-profits, private sector and probably the most important part of the community: the public and how we can engage the public as survivors as part of the community to help neighbors help themselves during a disaster.
