FEMA and the state of Texas have opened 2 new sites to aid eligible victims of Hurricane Ike in their housing needs as residents continue repairs on their damaged homes or find alternative housing. The images in this video provide a brief overview of the process from the initial building of the sites to having families move in to the completed community site.
